A well-established international company is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager or Assistant Manager to lead its financial operations and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Manage cash flow and support financial planning activities.

Develop, monitor, and control budgets.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting & Finance team.

Oversee accurate recording of all accounting transactions.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

Identify and mitigate financial risks while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

More than 10 years of accounting experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax compliance.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).

Experience in financial risk management.

Business-level English is required.

Must have a vehicle for commuting to the office.
