Process Engineering Manager

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in electronics manufacturing?

We are looking for a Process Engineering Manager to lead process optimization initiatives, improve manufacturing performance, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Process Engineering team in support of production and new product introduction (NPI) activities.

- Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.

- Analyze process data and manufacturing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to achieve business objectives.

- Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and automation solutions.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to yield, efficiency, scrap reduction, and cycle time.

- Mentor and develop engineering talent to build a strong and capable team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and process optimization.

- Experience with SMT, PCB assembly, and electronic manufacturing processes is highly preferred.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Advanced English communication skills preferred.
