0s or University degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial engineering. Master

0s preferred in Lean Manufacturing Management or similar. 7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement Lead and/or Process management. Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or others). Expertise in leading employee engagement teams. Experience implementing lean systems or methodologies. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead teams and manage projects. Advanced skills with Excel, Access, Minitab and Power Point.
