SO WHAT'S THE JOB? We are looking for an experienced SAP Product Owner (m/f/x) to join our international team. Your primary focus will be the remote implementation of our SAP Licensing Management Tool and SAP Authorization Management Tool into the systems of your valued customers. You will ensure that the clients get all the necessary information regarding the preparation of their systems in order to be able to install our software and you will guide and advise them through the whole process - this is about empathy as much as about your technical skills. Our in-house products are worldwide famous Software Licensing & Optimization Management tools, such as samQ , which are continuously being developed. This is why we look for new colleagues to join our multi-cultural team. The role is based in the fast-paced and exciting Mexico City and can be fulfilled both from our office as well as remotely.
WHAT ARE MY ACTUAL TASKS? gain a deep understanding of the product and become an expert on your product
support our account managers on high-value sales opportunities
perform product demonstrations to both technical and business-minded audiences
scope, conduct and deliver test installations
conduct remote software implementation and training engagements on our SAP Licensing Management Tool for your clients+ollaborate with the product team (developers and consultants) on any issue or request that impact potential and existing customers

WHAT SKILLS SHOULD I BRING WITH ME? at least 3 years of experience in technical SAP support (1st/2nd/3rd level)
experience with SAP authorizations and/or SAP licensing is (very) nice to have
excellent English skills – both speaking and writing
German language skills are not mandatory, but highly desirable
problem-solving skills and ability to drive projects to completion
prepared to study independently and to familiarize yourself with the methods and tools of the product management (you will be supported by your experienced colleagues from Germany and Romania)
very good organizational skills, assertiveness and the ability to prioritize
excellent analytical thinking
you have a growth-oriented mindset, i.e. persistence, patience, and a passion for innovation coupled with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment delivering within a customer-centric, friendly and engaging team
