Server Admin Windows Proficient

Requirements Must have: Windows - AD, DHCP,DC

Virtualization - VMWare - Vcenter

Windows Upgrade

Powershell

Patching SCCM, WSUS

Configuration Changes: Harden servers based on best practices (using guides like CIS Benchmarks).

Guided Software Upgrades in collaboration with SW Vendor Support: If certain software versions are vulnerable, consider upgrading to a more secure version.

Remediation Records: Document the vulnerability, the action taken, the date of action, and any other pertinent details.

Compensating Controls or Exceptions: If a vulnerability cannot be direct-ly addressed, consider compensating controls like a Web Application Fire-wall (WAF), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), or additional monitoring.

Understanding of NTFS and File Server permissions

Responsibilities Communication Skills

Capability to solve complex problems within and related to Windows Environment

Capability to understand basic ITSM Processes such as Incident Management and change Management

Required Languages English Upper Intermediate
