Senior Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller with expert NetSuite experience to lead our accounting operations, support financial strategy, and optimize our ERP environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in accounting leadership, strong NetSuite administration experience, and the ability to drive process automation and financial reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, Payroll, and Financial Reporting

Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP system (workflows, dashboards, saved searches, reporting, integrations)

Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance standards

Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Support audits and tax compliance with external partners

Implement automation and process improvements to scale financial systems and reporting

Partner cross-functionally with leadership to support growth and operational initiatives

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA or CMA strongly preferred

5+ years of accounting and finance experience , including leadership roles

3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience (system administration, configuration, reporting)

Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards

Experience with audit processes, compliance, and internal controls

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills Experience in SaaS, manufacturing, e-commerce, or multi-entity organizations

Familiarity with NetSuite modules (ARM, Inventory, Multi-Book, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow)

Experience with integrations and financial software ecosystem (Expensify, Bill.com, Avalara, etc.)

Ability to build dashboards, financial reports, and process automations in NetSuite
