Configure and maintain build agents, runners, virtual machines, containers, and other CI infrastructure. Monitor pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements. Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, connectivity, and automation issues. Implement mechanisms for automated test-result collection, reporting, logging, and traceability. Collaborate with software developers, test engineers, and technical leads to improve development and testing workflows. Establish and maintain branching, versioning, artifact management, and release processes. Support integration of automotive development and testing tools into the CI/CD ecosystem. Ensure appropriate security, access control, and credential management within CI/CD environments. Define and maintain Dev Ops best practices, documentation, and technical standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers. Identify opportunities to improve automation, reduce manual effort, and increase development and testing efficiency. Mandatory Skills Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, CI/CD, build/release engineering, or related roles. Strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Advanced knowledge of Git and version-control workflows. Strong scripting/programming skills in Python and/or Bash. Experience with Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, or equivalent CI/CD platforms. Experience with Linux environments and command-line tools. Experience with Docker and containerized environments. Experience with automated testing integration within CI/CD pipelines. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. Experience working with distributed engineering teams. Ability to independently analyze problems and implement technical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
