Job Description

Key Requirements: ✔ Experience as Cost Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role

- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes

- Experience with assembly operations and manufacturing cost structures

- SAP proficiency (costing, BOMs, routings, etc.)

- Ability to analyze product and process costs, identify savings opportunities, and support quoting activities

- Experience in a Tier 1 automotive environment preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

What you'll do: • Develop and validate product cost estimates

- Analyze material, labor, tooling, and manufacturing costs

- Support quotations for new business opportunities

- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Finance teams

- Drive cost optimization initiatives
