Contributes to technical functioninitiatives across multiple projects and manages technical elements while maintaining performance and schedule.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and implement automation projects focused on improving manufacturing processes and productivity.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PLCs, HMIs, and automated production equipment.

- Perform sustaining engineering activities and resolve production equipment issues.

- Support the assembly, installation, integration, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

- Design and develop fixtures and automation solutions for manufacturing operations.

- Manage the selection and procurement of materials and equipment required for automation projects.

- Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Drive 5S implementation and process standardization efforts.

- Ensure technical deliverables, project timelines, and performance objectives are achieved.

What your background should look like

Key Requirements

- 5 to 7 years of experience in automation engineering or similar roles.

- Advanced English proficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs (Allen Bradley, Omron, Keyence, Siemens).

- Hands-on experience with robots, cobots, vision systems, HMIs, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).

- Knowledge of sensors, motors, and servomotors.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical drawings and schematics.

- Experience managing automation projects from concept through implementation.
