Security Engineer

Security Engineer || REMOTE

The Security Engineer must:

- Be self-driven with minimal daily oversight required.

- Design, implement, and maintain CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) solutions.

- Support enterprise migration activities from PowerBroker and other legacy privilege management platforms.

- Partner with application and infrastructure teams to identify, remediate, and validate privileged access requirements.

- Develop and maintain EPM policies, application control rules, and privilege elevation configurations.

- Troubleshoot EPM-related issues and provide operational support for critical business applications.

- Assist teams in updating workflows and hard-coded privileged tasks impacted by migration activities.

- Identify opportunities for security process improvements and privilege management optimization.

- Maintain awareness of privileged access management technologies, industry trends, and emerging risks.

- Collaborate with offshore and nearshore teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational handoffs.

Position Requirements

- 3+ years of experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies.

- Hands-on experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), including implementation, configuration, policy management, deployment, monitoring, and operational support.

- Experience troubleshooting endpoint privilege elevation, application control, and least-privilege enforcement issues.

- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, endpoint security controls, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.

- Experience analyzing application privilege requirements and partnering with technical teams to implement secure solutions.

- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

- Experience with other CyberArk products, including Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Vault, and Central Policy Manager (CPM).

- Knowledge of session monitoring, privileged account management, and access governance concepts.

- Experience supporting migrations from PowerBroker or similar endpoint privilege management solutions.

- Scripting or automation skills using PowerShell or related technologies.

- Experience working in financial services or highly regulated environments.
