What will you do? As a Sales Support Associate, your job is to undertake sales administration duties that can include assisting sales personnel, organizing data/information in our CRM, reconciling sales accounting details, filing and tracking invoices, etc.

To be successful in this role, you should have good time management and be detail -oriented with strong organizational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.

Here’s what your day -to -day might look

like:

Being the superhero link between our pre -sales and post -sales operations.

Helping our Sales team with everyday tasks such as data entry, supplier, vendor, and resort communications.

Collecting and updating information from resorts and updating sales and marketing material.

Request, review, and follow -up on contracts with suppliers and resorts.

Perform necessary

administrative tasks.

Requirements Are highly detail -oriented and organized

Are eligible to work in Mexico

Have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Are tech -savvy and can learn online systems for booking/reservations/managing customers/emails

Have an ability to prioritize and multi -task in a fast -paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Be able to speak, write, and read fluent Spanish and strong conversational written/verbal English

1 -2 years in Administrative, Customer Service, and/or Sales role
