If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary**Summary:** The **Test Engineer** will be based in **Flex GDL South**, reporting to **Operations Engineering Manager** Responsible for developing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing test solutions, equipment, and processes to ensure product quality, test coverage, and manufacturing efficiency.**Principle Accountabilities:*** Develop, support, and improve test hardware, software, fixtures, and test processes.* Analyze test data, troubleshoot failures, and drive root cause corrective actions.* Support test equipment installation, verification, calibration, and production integration.* Create and maintain test procedures, documentation, and technical reports.* Train technicians and operators on test systems and troubleshooting methodologies.* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to resolve product and test issues.* Identify and implement new test technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.**Specialized Job Responsibilities:*** Develop and support In-Circuit, Functional, ESS, and System-Level test solutions.* Create and modify test programs using tools such as Python, LabVIEW, or similar platforms.* Design, debug, and support test fixtures, interfaces, and diagnostic systems.* Perform DFT analysis, failure analysis, and test coverage improvements.* Coordinate external suppliers for test development, enhancements, and fixtures.**Education / Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.* Advanced English.* 5+ years of experience in Test Engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry.* Experience with electronic test equipment, troubleshooting, and manufacturing test environments.* Knowledge of test software development, automation, and hardware integration.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause investigation skills.* Ability to interpret schematics, technical documentation, and test requirements.* Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.* Experience with ICT, FT, Flying Probe, AOI, AXI/X-Ray, HIPOT, and EOL testing equipment.* Experience with environmental chambers and test fixture programming/validation.**What you will receive for the excellent work you deliver:*** Competitive salary* Life and medical insurance* Christmas bonus* Food vouchers* Savings fundJM54## ## Job CategoryProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
