We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in administrative / executive assistance to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling;

Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas when needed;

Manage and organize email inboxes;

Handle travel arrangements and itineraries;

Conduct online research and gather information as requested;

Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and spreadsheets;

Follow up on tasks and deadlines;

Assist with project coordination and administrative operations;

Maintain accurate records and documentation;

Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams;

Requirements

Fluent English (written and spoken);

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Virtual Assistant;

Experience supporting C-level executives;

Experience with project management tools;

Experience with CRM systems;

Experience with calendar and email management;

Strong organizational and time-management skills;

Excellent written and verbal communication;

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;

High attention to detail;
