5+ years of experience in Java application development (Java 8+).

3+ years of experience with Spring Boot, message brokers (Kafka, MQSeries/IBM MQ, ActiveMQ), REST APIs, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Proven track record of driving the end-to-end SDLC, from initial requirements gathering and system design to automated deployment and production monitoring.

Experience making high-stakes decisions on tech stacks and managing technical debt across the software lifecycle.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure, GCP, or AWS).

Strong understanding of security, performance, and scalability best practices.

Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Understanding software design patterns and SOLID principles

English intermediate

Location, less than 2 hours of difference of CST

Nice to Have

Development and integration of ETL/ELT processes using tools such as SSIS, Apache Airflow, or similar.

Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.) as part of the software development lifecycle.
