Responsibilities
Respond to booking-related questions and requests
Research options based on individual client preferences
Assist with reservations and confirmations
Review booking details for accuracy
Communicate updates and important information
Assist with modifications and special requests
Maintain accurate client documentation
Follow up on incomplete or outstanding items
Coordinate with service providers when necessary
Provide professional support throughout the booking process.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong customer-service skills

Good organizational abilities
Comfortable using email and web-based platforms

Ability to manage tasks independently
