Expert in MM and/ or SD Retail modules with a minimum of 5 full projects

Knowledge in SAP solutions for the industry like: Merchandise Planning, Assortment Management, POS Data Transfer & Audit

Knowledge in Apparel & Footwear Solution desirable

Knowledge and some experience with Migration Cockpit

Strong skills with idoc, api´s and integration with legacy systems like POS, WMS, E-commerce, etc.

Desired Program Management experience.

At least 10 or more SAP implementation projects in the respective industry (Retail and/or Fashion)

10+ years minimum experience with Information Technology, 10+ years minimum experience with ERP SAP.

Experience in solution for SAP ECC, S/4HANA GROW and RISE

Team Management experience with 5+ team members as direct reports,

Experience in implementation projects with 15+ team members.

Experience in SAP Solution Architecture and integration.

Desired experience in TOGAF framework (desired certification)

Strong knowledge in SAP Activate methodology.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES: Coordinate with SAP pursuit team to generate business value proposal and digital transformation journeys to our customers.

Participate in SAP implementation projects coordinating SAP consultants in the specific SAP specialty to coordinate workshops for solution transformation sessions, process discovery, explore phase, work out sessions to align business needs with SAP capabilities, conduct assessments.

Occasionally participate in solution design process for RFx responses, gathering requirements, analysis, estimation, and solution documentation.

Mentoring and Couching team members in the same specialty.

Work with Practice Manager, Project Mangers, Competence Leaders in the different activities and tasks/phases related to SAP Implementation projects.

Coordinate with Operations area for creating SoW for won projects.

Provide Leadership in the definition of ERP technical strategy around his specialty for all projects like Implementations, Rollouts and Upgrades.

Attend solution validation and review with PMOs, Account Director and Practice Manager and people involved in the different assigned projects.
