We are seeking motivated Technical Analyst Trainees to build careers in Banking & Financial Services technology. Open to fresh graduates and professionals with 0–2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in intensive training on Business Analysis, Banking & Payment Systems.
- Gain hands-on knowledge of C++, Linux, Oracle Database, and enterprise systems.
- Support technical requirements analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and system design discussions.
- Collaborate with trainers, mentors, and project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Basic programming knowledge, including OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and attend onsite training in Guadalajara.
- Experience: 0–2 years; fresh graduates are welcome.
