Legal Specialist

Job Description

To provide

specialized legal support to the company’s operations and projects through the

analysis, drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts and other legal

documents, as well as the handling of corporate, labor, and regulatory legal

matters, contributing to informed decision -making, the mitigation of legal and

compliance risks, and the strengthening of the company’s legal certainty and

reputation.

Analyze,

draft, review, negotiate, and follow up on contracts, agreements, and other

legal documents related to the company’s operations and projects.

Evaluate

and propose contractual structures from a legal and risk mitigation

perspective.

Request,

analyze, and validate legal documentation and information from third parties

with whom the company has or intends to establish commercial, labor, or other

types of relationships.

Perform

and support legal and compliance due diligence processes, identifying legal,

contractual, and regulatory risks and proposing mitigation measures.

Address

and follow up on requests, inquiries, and requirements from internal and

external clients, providing specialized legal guidance within the scope of

responsibility.

Manage,

organize, update, and safeguard the department’s physical and digital legal

files, ensuring proper document control.

Ensure

the confidentiality, integrity, and proper retrieval of legal and contractual

information.

Support

the attention, analysis, and follow -up of requests, inspections, or inquiries

from labor and regulatory authorities.

Provide

specialized support in labor -related matters concerning the company’s

workforce.

Actively collaborate in the design, development, and

updating of materials, policies, procedures, and in the logistics of training

sessions and awareness programs related to Legal & Compliance internal

projects

Requirements Education Level:  University/ College

Intermediate English Level

Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)

Specialized

knowledge:  Intermediate - TRESS
