About The Role At Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, we partner with trusted Network Partners — external insurancecompanies in countries where we don't have local servicing capabilities — to help us deliverseamless insurance solutions to our global clients. As a Network Partner Analyst, you'll be at theheart of this operation, serving as a key point of contact between our Producing Offices and ourglobal partner network. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of issuing local insurance quotations, policies, and invoices using internal systems for your own portfolio Support team leads in managing regional portfolios, setting priorities, and acting as a team representative in complex program deal teams Onboard, train, and develop team capabilities, supporting team leads in building a highperforming, knowledgeable team Represent the team in global projects and strategic priorities, bringing a solutions-focused mindset to cross-functional initiatives Perform quality checks to ensure all policies are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time to meet and exceed client expectations Monitor and support the collection of payments from local partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing Gather and document market intelligence and partner-specific information that impacts service delivery Drive process improvement by creating and updating clear guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team efficiency Build and maintain trusted relationships with Network Partners and internal stakeholders across multiple geographies About The Team Swiss Re's International Program Services Team is a cornerstone of our global insurancedelivery, enabling corporate clients with operations across multiple countries to receiveconsistent, high-quality coverage wherever they operate. We Are Looking For Candidates Who Meet These Requirements Insurance industry experience in product management, client service, finance, or operations — with a solid understanding of international insurance programs Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish — written and verbal — with the ability to engage effectively with diverse, multicultural stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work independently under pressure, and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines These Are Additional Nice To Haves Experience in coordinating or supporting cross-functional or international teams Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) development and process improvement methodologies Strong analytical and lateral thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly Attention to detail and quality focus, with a track record of delivering accurate, compliant work Experience working in a global or matrix organization and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes #J-18808-Ljbffr
